I'm a big believer in authenticity and connection. For me, the relationships we build, both personally and professionally are our foundation in life. Connecting with people is where I thrive. Whether that's family, friends, consumers or clients, I believe in authenticity and the impact it can have on our health, happiness and prosperity. 

I was born and raised in Austin, TX, and graduated from UT Austin with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Minor in Business. I'm also a National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) graduate. I live in Golden, CO with my husband, twelve-year-old son and St. Bernard and cat. We love everything involving the mountains, music and travel.

Through 20+ years of working intimately with brands, operating an agency and now running my consultancy, I thrive on understanding businesses, what they are trying to accomplish and helping them get there through marketing and operational execution. I love the process of establishing the foundation of a brand and seeing that vision come to life through creative and to meet business objectives and create a relationship with consumers. I also genuinely enjoy the process of building teams, identifying and solving operational challenges and creating an authentic company culture. 

My greatest passion is applying my marketing and operational know how to help grow brands in the mental health and wellness space. I believe that mental health is the foundation of overall well being and can greatly impact the trajectory of people's lives, and in return, impact the well being of communities and nations. 

Over the years, I have also helped grow a wide variety of brands in the CPG space, including Naked Juice, Earthbound Farms and Zespri Kiwifruit. I was the key account lead on the national campaign for Naked Juice that took sales from $80 million to $200 million in less than two years and resulted in Pepsi Co.’s acquisition of the brand.
